Confirm your order and receive an instant confirmation email with tracking information.
1. Browse & Explore
• Search Bar: Find products quickly by entering keywords.
• Categories & Filters: Refine results by category, size, color, price range, or rating.
• Product Pages: Check high-resolution images, detailed descriptions, specs, customer reviews, and stock status.
2. Add to Cart
• Select your desired size/color/variant.
• Click "Add to Cart" – you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
• Cart Icon (Top Right): Review items anytime. Update quantities or remove items easily.
3. Checkout Process
Step 1: Shipping Address
• Enter your delivery address. Save it for faster future checkout.
• Choose shipping method (standard/express). Estimated delivery times and costs will be shown.
Step 2: Payment
• Select a payment method:
> Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
> PayPal
> Apple Pay / Google Pay
> Local options (if available, e.g., Klarna, iDEAL)
• All payments are encrypted and secure. We never store your full card details.
Step 3: Review & Place Order
• Double-check your order summary, including items, total cost, shipping fee, and estimated taxes.
• Click "Place Order" – you'll receive an email confirmation immediately.
4. After Ordering
• Order Tracking: Track your package via the "My Orders" page or a link in your shipping email.
• Returns & Refunds: Have 30 days to return unworn items in original packaging. Start a return in "My Account" or contact our support team.
